These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Insightful AI application, including any services, features, and content offered through the application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. The Service operates on a freemium model, where users can purchase tokens to access certain features and services. All payments made through the Service are processed through third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies as set forth on the purchase screen. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
Entrepreneur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrepreneur shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Georgia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Entrepreneur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
